Cartoon & Product Process

How does the cartoon process work?
You pick your preferred cartoon and answer questions about your crew and download images. You will receive a draft from our cartoonist and can make minor changes. Once approved it goes into production.
Can I request revisions?
Minor revisions are certainly allowed but there will be an additional cost if you are wanting something major.
How do I submit images for the cartoon?
When you select your cartoon, you will be prompted to download your images associated with each character.
Can I choose specific shirt or hoodie variants?
Yes, there are 3 colours (white, black & grey) and various size options available.
What if my crew has a smaller or larger number of people compared to the cartoon?
If your crew is smaller than the cartoon, we’ll include just your characters. The other spots may feature extra characters depending on the cartoon.
Unfortunately, there is no room for extras - the cartoon's full with the characters shown.

Quality of Prints & Clothing

We print on AS Colour because it’s the best quality you can get — soft, durable, and perfect for detailed artwork.
Cartoons are printed in high resolution.
Why is there a difference between the images on jigsaws and apparel?
The apparel version is simplified and optimised for printing on clothing — cleaner lines and slightly reduced detail to ensure it prints sharp on fabric. The jigsaw version keeps full detail, including fine elements and background features, making it ideal for puzzles where every part of the artwork matters.

Pricing & Payment

How much does a cartoon cost?
We offer two types of custom cartoon artwork, depending on the level of detail:

• Face Swap Cartoons – from $40-$120 per design (faces are placed onto existing characters)
  
• Full Character Redesign Cartoons – from $60-$150 per design (each person is fully recreated with custom face, outfit, and style)

This is a one-time artwork fee per design, regardless of how many t-shirts or hoodies you order. Final pricing is confirmed based on your selected cartoon style before we begin.
Do I pay for shirts/hoodies separately?
You pay $69 for each shirt and $99 for each hoodie. Shipping in Australia is free!
Do you offer discounts for multiple items?
Yes, when you order 6 or more items you get 10% off your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?
It's $10 shipping in Australia for all orders but at this stage we do not ship internationally.
How long will delivery take?
Allow one week for the development & approval of your cartoon. It will be another 8-15 days for delivery of your order. So in total, allow between 15 - 22 days for your order to be delivered.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely, you will receive an order shipped notification and a tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a custom cartoon product?
Custom products cannot be returned unless damaged.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We will happily replace any damaged items.
Can I get a return or exchange if I choose the wrong sizing?
As each item is made to order, we don’t offer refunds for incorrect sizing. However, we’re happy to offer discounts on replacements. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
